Up to 3 people receive Spinal Flow in the True Essence Wellness studio simultaneously, resulting in entrainment or a boost in healing for all.

Individual Spinal Flow Sessions

1 session - $90 (approx. 40 minutes)

Weekend Spinal Flow Retreats

If you’re on a healing mission and looking to accelerate healing, this is a wonderful option for you.

Small group Spinal Flow sessions held on Friday evening, all day Saturday and all day Sunday.

All attendees will experience multiple Spinal Flow sessions throughout the weekend to kick healing into high gear. You will be a changed person by the end of the weekend. Held at the True Essence Wellness Studio.

Join a scheduled retreat weekend or create one for family and friends.

Super Charged Spinal Flow Retreats

4-5 day retreats held at True Essence Wellness Studio or locations, such as the Poconos or Jersey Shore. Increased number of Spinal Flow sessions will super charge your body’s ability to increase Life Force energy.
